Shipping Rules and Regulations for Widget Innovation

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, Widget Innovation adheres to the following shipping policies:

Inside Chittagong:
- A flat delivery charge of 60 BDT applies to all orders within Chittagong city.
Outside Chittagong:
- A flat delivery charge of 120 BDT applies to all orders outside Chittagong city.
Pickup from Shop:
- Customers have the option to pick up their orders directly from our shop at no additional cost.
- Pickup Address: 164, R S/B Road, Riazuddin Bazar, Chittagong-4000.
Pre-orders:
- Pre-order items are excluded from delivery charges and must be picked up from the shop unless agreed otherwise.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times:
- Inside Chittagong: Typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
- Outside Chittagong: Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or unexpected delays.

Orders exceeding standard size or weight limits may incur additional charges or restrictions. Affected customers will be notified during the order confirmation process.
Certain remote areas may not be eligible for delivery. Customers in these areas will be contacted to arrange alternate shipping methods.

Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number once their order is shipped.
The tracking number can be used to check the shipment status on our website or through the courier partner’s platform.

Delivery failure due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will not be eligible for free reshipping.
Customers must report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
